We are seeking an experienced Lead Auditor IMS to oversee the planning,

execution, and follow-up of audits related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001

standards in a manufacturing setup. The candidate will ensure systems compliance,

identify improvement areas, and drive continual improvement across all integrated

management system domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits and supplier audits for IMS

standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO

  • Lead and coordinate external certification and surveillance audits.
  • Ensure timely closure of non-conformities, track corrective & preventive

actions (CAPA), and validate effectiveness.

  • Develop and update IMS documentation (policies, procedures, manuals,)

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Science / Environmental Science or

related field.


• Certified Lead Auditor in:

  • ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)
  • ISO Environmental Management System)
  • ISO Occupational Health & Safety Management System)

(Additional certifications such as ISO 50001, IATF 16949, or ISO 27001

are a plus)


• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a

lead auditor role.


• In-depth understanding of integrated management systems and continual

improvement methodologies (e.g., PDCA, Kaizen).


• Familiarity with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA).


• Strong knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory requirements in the

manufacturing sector.


• Proficiency in audit tools, reporting systems, and MS Office.


• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
