  • Financial strategy and planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals, and contribute to overall strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Financial reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and management information system (MIS) reports.
  • Analysis and forecasting: Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support executive decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all financial regulations, tax laws (such as GST and TDS), and accounting standards.
  • Auditing and control: Support internal, statutory, and tax audits by preparing necessary documentation and schedules.
  • Cash flow management: Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to ensure healthy liquidity.
  • Team leadership: Manage, mentor, and lead the finance and accounting team.
  • Risk management: Advise on investment strategies and manage financial risk.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
