Responsibilities:  Financial Modelling andAnalysis:    Build and maintain detailed financialmodels, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.     Perform valuation analysisusing various methodologies, such as discounted cash flow (DCF), comparablecompany analysis, and precedent transactions.     Analyse financial statements,industry trends, and macroeconomic data to identify key drivers of companyperformance. Assist in due diligence processes related to potentialinvestments.  Industry and Company Research:    Conduct thorough industry andcompany research, including gathering and analysing data from various sources (e.g.,financial databases, company filings, industry publications).     Monitor industry news anddevelopments, and assess their potential impact on companies under coverage.     Attend industry conferences andcompany presentations.  Report Writing and Presentation:    Assist in the preparation ofresearch findings and financial models     Summarize key findings and presentthem in a clear and concise manner.     Maintain and update researchdatabases and models.  Collaboration andCommunication:     Collaborate with senioranalysts and other team members to develop investment recommendations.     Respond to fund managers/senioranalyst inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.RequirementsQualifications: * Have at least 1 -2yrs of relevant workexperience  * Bachelor's degree in Finance,Economics, Accounting, or a related field.  Strong analytical andquantitative skills.   Excellent financial modeling andvaluation skills.   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,Word, and PowerPoint.   Strong understanding of financialstatements and accounting principles.   Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.   Ability to work independently and aspart of a team.   Strong attention to detail andability to meet deadlines.   Interest in the financial markets andinvestment research.
