Key Responsibilities

  • Insurance Operations Management
  • Oversee the entire motor insurance process (new policies, renewals, and claims).
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for tie-ups, quotations, approvals, and settlements.
  • Monitor and achieve monthly/quarterly renewal targets.
  • Implement retention strategies to increase renewal conversion rates.
  • Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring smooth and timely settlement.
  • Liaise with surveyors, insurers, and service advisors to resolve claim issues.
  • Track claim ratios and reduce turnaround time.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Supervise and train insurance executives.
  • Monitor team performance against sales and service KPIs.
  • Conduct workshops on insurance products and customer handling.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of motor insurance products and IRDAI guidelines.
  • Negotiation and liaison skills with insurers and surveyors.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical skills for MIS and performance tracking.

Experience: Min. 3 years of experience as Insurance executive

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
