Pdi In-charge

PDI in-charge is responsible to lead the PDI function to carry pre-delivery inspection of vehicles for a prepared and quality inspected vehicle.

Identifies present and potential issues in vehicle aesthetics and performance prior to delivery and gets the same rectified.

Strong process and documentation skills are required with an eye for detail and taking ownership, to ensure a positive first impression on the customer.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

PDI in-charge should have overall knowledge of vehicle features and product knowledge
- Receive vehicles from yard and carry out the transporter documentation
- Raise and report transit damage claims, if any
- Retrieve VIN Specific PDI sheet from DealerConnect
- Conduct new vehicle preparation and pre-delivery inspection as per PDI check-sheet
- Maintain records and files of all PDI documents
- Road tests the vehicle for specified KMs (driving skills mandatory)
- Report any shortcomings to brand for corrective actions
- Knowledge of key identification labels of aggregates, SSTs, body panel gap measurements,

paint defects, lifting points, battery condition, usage of multimeter, and other technical aspects

of vehicle
- Check DTCs using Wi-Tech and exiting logistics mode
- Recall and RRT completion as per applicability
- Leading team of dedicated PDI technicians (wherever applicable) for carrying out required

jobs
- Liaising with sales team and workshop for on-time vehicle readiness
- Delivering a quality inspected and well finished vehicle for a positive first customer impression.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
