Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Private or Public Edition) to join our growing digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will have successfully completed 2 full-cycle SAP FICO implementations and provided support on at least 2 projects in S/4HANA Cloud environments.

The consultant will be responsible for delivering functional expertise in Finance and Controlling modules aligned with the best practices of SAP Cloud ERP, while working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP S/4HANA Cloud – Implementation Projects:

  • Lead or participate in S/4HANA Cloud implementations (Private or Public edition).
  • Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops and identify Gaps.
  • Configure SAP FICO modules using SAP Best Practices for S/4HANA Cloud.
  • Prepare and validate configuration and solution documentation.
  • Collaborate with integration consultants for MM, SD, and other modules.
  • Coordinate with SAP Activate methodology (Explore, Realize, Deploy).
  • Perform data migration using SAP Migration Cockpit.
  • Conduct testing (SIT, UAT) and prepare cutover plans for Go-Live.
  • Provide post-Go-Live support and hypercare.

Support & Enhancements:

  • Handle day-to-day incidents, change requests, and month-end support activities.
  • Analyze issues, propose solutions, and implement system changes within S/4HANA Cloud restrictions.
  • Ensure compliance with cloud-specific constraints, like limited customization.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least:
    • 2 end-to-end implementations in S/4HANA Cloud (Public or Private Cloud Edition).
    • 2 support/AMS projects in S/4HANA Cloud environment.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Cloud ERP Finance Best Practices.
  • Strong functional expertise in:
    • FI: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Tax Configuration.
    • CO: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, COPA.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori apps and role-based access in Cloud environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
  • Good understanding of integration with MM, SD, PS, and HR modules in S/4HANA Cloud.
  • Working knowledge of Cloud-specific tools like:
    • SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC).
    • SAP Fiori Launchpad, SAP BTP (optional).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Certification (Public or Private Edition) in Finance.
  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud or Embedded Analytics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to multi-country/multi-currency implementations.
