Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM environment.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator.
  • HubSpot certification required.
  • Deep understanding of CRM concepts and practices.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Comfortable with data analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration and team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in training and mentoring team members.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
