Job Title: Accounts Executive

Experience Range: 1+years in Auditor office

Location: Coimbatore

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage all financial transactions, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and provide accurate quantitative information on our company's financial position, liquidity, and cash flows.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formulating budgetary and accounting policies
  • Introduce and maintain accounting systems
  • Maintain internal control systems
  • Handle all billing processes
  • Consolidate accounted books and reconcile with bank, cash, and various wallet transactions
  • Prepare various accounting statements and reports

Desired Skillset:

  • Proficient in accounting software and GST and IT filing
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience
  • Document financial transactions by entering account information
  • Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
  • Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
  • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting statements and generally accepted accounting procedures
  • Prepare month-end, quarterly, half-yearly, and year-end close processes
  • Perform other assigned and necessary accounting procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
