Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hardware Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Hardware Engineer will be responsible for hardware development, circuit design, electronics hardware design, and ensuring computer hardware functions effectively. The role includes designing custom electronics and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement hardware solutions.

Responsibilities:


•  Design, develop, and test electronic hardware for Lighting,RF, Smart Panel and IoT systems.


•  Work on schematic design, PCB layout, and prototype bring-up.


•  Perform hardware validation, debugging, and troubleshooting.


•  Collaborate with firmware and software teams to ensure hardware–software integration.


• Support product testing, certifications, and compliance processes.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.


• 0 – 2 years of hands-on experience in hardware circuit and board design.


• Knowledge of microcontrollers, sensors, and communication interfaces (UART, I2C, SPI, etc.).


• Experience with PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, or similar).


• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
