As a Founders' Office Associate
, you'll be embedded across functions —
strategy, talent, communication, product, and growth
— acting as the connective tissue between vision and execution.

What You'll Do

• Build for Excellence:
• Understand what excellence looks like — in people, processes, and communication — and ensure every decision reflects it.
• Talent Discovery:

• Evaluate candidates across engineering, marketing, and design — especially those hiding brilliance behind AI-written profiles.
• Deep-Tech Fluency:
• Decode and understand the language of software engineering, AI, product design, and data-driven technologies.
• Bridge complex tech ideas with crisp business narratives.
• Strategic Communication:
• Craft and refine marketing collaterals, presentations, hiring decks, investor briefs, and founder communications
  that represent the company's philosophy and power.
• Team Coordination:
• Ensure seamless execution between teams — connect product with marketing, design with strategy, and people with purpose.
• Vision-to-Action Bridge:
• Translate founder-level vision into operational clarity.
• Make sure every project moves fast, with intent, and without compromise on quality.

Who You Are

• Graduate from a
  Tier-1 institute
  (IIT, IIM, ISB, BITS, NLU, Ashoka, St. Stephen's, SRCC, etc.)
• Naturally
  curious, articulate, and disciplined
  , with a habit of deep reading and analytical thinking
• Fluent communicator
  — confident in expression, authentic in thought, and completely AI-independent in your writing
• Can
  comprehend engineering and deep-tech terminology
  and communicate it meaningfully to non-technical stakeholders
• Able to
  think independently, adapt fast, and operate with founder-level ownership
• You believe that
