Roles and Responsibility

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and prices.
  • Achieve sales targets and promote products to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Retail Sales Executive with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
