The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security protocols to safeguard our office buildings, occupants, assets, and confidential information.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols and procedures.Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.Oversee the security team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.Monitor and maintain security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms, fire safety equipment).Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency response services.Investigate security incidents and implement corrective actions.Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging threats to enhance security measures.Manage relationships with external security vendors and contractors.Regularly review and update security policies and procedures.Performance Objectives:Conduct a strategic review of security services and supply contracts across sites.Renegotiate and tender contracts where necessary to ensure optimal value.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (required)12+ years of experience in Facilities Management within IT/Banking/Corporate environmentsStrong team handling experienceComprehensive knowledge of security services, access control, CCTV operations, and physical securityExcellent communication skillsExperience in managing commercial contracts and budgetsProficiency in health and safety requirementsExpertise in vendor management and property technical systems managementWhat This Job Involves:Leading on-site operationsWinning our clients' trustKeeping an eye on budget and contractsPromoting teamwork across the boardIdeal Candidate Profile:Competent and goal-driven professional with 5-8 years of property management experienceOrganized and analytical problem-solverEngaging and professional leader with a passion for excellenceSelf-motivated and quick-thinking individualExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle diverse teamsWhat You Can Expect from Us:At JLL, we are committed to helping you realize your full potential in an entrepreneurial and inclusive work environment.
