By merging technology with hospitality, JadeCaps standardizes the fragmented short-term rental industry in Asia.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the product lifecycle — from research and planning to execution and analysis. This role is best suited for someone passionate about building digital products, solving customer problems, and learning the ins and outs of product management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining product requirements and creating user stories based on market research and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-quality features on time
  • Track and analyse product performance metrics to identify improvement areas
  • Maintain and organise product documentation, roadmaps, and release notes
  • Support user testing and gather feedback to refine the product experience
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations for smooth product rollouts and updates
  • Conduct competitor research and generate insights to guide product decisions

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Basic understanding of web/app technologies and user experience principles
  • Knowledge of tech frameworks (especially MERN or other modern web frameworks) is a plus
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Figma, or analytics dashboards is a plus
  • A learning mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
