Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, executing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve business growth. Leveraging various digital channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising, they ensure campaigns align with business goals and deliver measurable results. The role involves analysing market trends, consumer behaviour, and campaign performance to continuously optimize marketing efforts and enhance user experience. The manager also collaborates with internal teams and external partners, including influencers and brand ambassadors, to maximize campaign effectiveness and maintain a strong brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and optimize productivity.
  • Identify, test, and adopt new digital channels, tools, and marketing trends to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • Analyze market data, customer behavior, and campaign performance using web analytics tools to improve ROI and KPIs.
  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content for websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Manage and monitor campaign budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize returns.
  • Optimize the user experience on the company website and assist with landing page design and improvements.
  • Generate high-quality leads and convert them into customers through targeted digital marketing efforts.
  • Brainstorm and develop creative campaign ideas and growth strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with brand ambassadors and influencers to ensure consistent brand messaging, timely content posting, and engagement management.
  • Construct detailed campaign decks outlining objectives, execution strategies, and results to present to management, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Track consumer purchase behavior and market trends to inform strategic adjustments and future campaigns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing best practices, tools, and platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales and product, to align marketing campaigns with broader business strategies.
  • Handle all aspects of digital advertising, including paid social advertising and search engine marketing.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, market position, and projections.
  • Address questions and feedback related to digital marketing initiatives from management, clients, and team members.
