Role Description

This is a full-time, office-based role for an
Operations Support Assistant
. The role involves handling daily operational tasks, documentation management, internal coordination, and system-based work to support smooth business operations.

Key responsibilities include document verification, scanning, uploading, and record maintenance; working on Excel-based trackers and online portals; drafting professional emails and WhatsApp communications; coordinating with bankers and internal teams; ensuring task completion within defined timelines (TAT); maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data; and supporting the team with timely follow-ups and updates. The role also requires a learning-oriented mindset to adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies, including basic use of AI tools for productivity and reporting support.

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Post Graduate preferred
  • Tech-friendly with basic computer proficiency
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, trackers)
  • Basic understanding of AI tools for report summarising and drafting
  • Experience in document handling (PDF conversion, scanning, uploading, file management)
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Strong time management and multitasking ability
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work
  • Trustworthy with ability to handle confidential information
  • Willingness to learn and proactive attitude
