About the role
The Planning CoE Tech Support team member is accountable for providing 1st Line Support and promoting Continuous Improvement for SAP IBP business users, working within the Planning Center of Excellence (CoE), collaborating with CoE Global Process Owners (GPO) and Subject Matter Experts in the regions, as well as engaging with Haleon SAP support and Product Management Teams.
This role sits within Supply Chain Tech team and works closely with the Business to address current support issues and future product needs.
Key responsibilities
- Accountable for resolving simple process and system queries from the end-users
- Accountable for performing simple changes in IBP (Planning Views, Dashboards) in conjunction with CoE GPO team, or informing Product Management Team of business requirements to be discussed for Product Backlog or Customer Influence.
- Identifying and correctly routing Incidents to the right support organisation, raised by end-users.
- Identifying and translating end-users queries related to IBP Process for the CoE GPO team to answer.
- Supporting Product Management Team on communicating and testing SAP IBP solutions changes due to quarterly releases.
Qualifications and skills
Essential
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in demand planning or supply planning processes with SAP Solutions (APO and IBP)
- Knowledge of planning processes
- Experience of working with business end users as well as support teams.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC, APO or S/4 HANA)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
- Application deployment and support experience
- Ability to communicate on deep technical terminology as well as business level and to translate between them
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and problems solving skills with ability to contribute fully to cross functional teams.
- Dynamic, flexible, team player and results-driven
- SAP certification in IBP
