Helpdesk Executive

Shift Time : 7 pm to 4 am IST (Work from Office)

Location: Baner, Pune

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Helpdesk Executive with excellent communication skills in a US accent to assist our American clients. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding support, resolve queries efficiently, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from US clients professionally.
• Understand client issues and provide accurate information or solutions promptly.
• Maintain records of client interactions and support requests.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
• Continuously improve communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills with a clear US accent.
• Prior experience in helpdesk, technical support, or customer service handling US clients is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Patience and professionalism in handling diverse client queries.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline; higher qualification is a plus.

Work Timings:

• US Shifts (Night shifts as per US time zones)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
