The Executive - Customer Support is responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience for our personal care and cosmetics products. He / She should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to deliver efficient solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate product information, usage guidance, and service support.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, replacements, and refunds.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems related to orders.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including calls & emails regarding product queries and customer grievances.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of personal care and cosmetic products offered by the company.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer issues, resolutions, and feedback.
  • Highlight recurring issues to management for process improvement.
  • Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and care.

Key Skills & Competencies Required :

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹23,000.00 per month
