Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Export Coordinator at Manek Metal Industries in Mumbai. The Import Export Coordinator will be responsible for export documentation, import-export processes, customer service, and managing export and import activities.
Requirements
- Export Documentation and Import Export skills
- Customer Service expertise
- Experience in handling export and import processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Creating Local Sales Invoices
- Tracking E-BRC on DGFT Portal
- Preparing original documents & handling Pre & Post Shipment documents such as proforma Invoice, Custom & Commercial Invoice & Bill of Lading against LC/PO
- Tracking IGST. Drawback & Other Incentive Refunds.
- Shipment tracking & liaising with clients with continuous updates.
Technical Skills
- Well versed with MS office particularly MS Excel
- Well versed with Tally ERP
- Professional English is a must.
Work Experience - Minimum 2 years+ in relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
