Trading Support Officer (Voice) Location: Edappally, Padivattom Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory) Communication: Excellent English communication is requiredJob Summary We are hiring a Trading Support Executive to assist customers with trading -related queries and platform support. The ideal candidate must have hands -on self -trading experience and a solid understanding of equity, commodity, and derivative markets. You will guide clients with trade -related doubts, platform usage, account -related issues, and basic operational support. Responsibilities Handle customer queries related to trading platforms, order placement, margin requirements, and basic market operationsProvide prompt, accurate support via calls and chatsAddress doubts regarding executed trades, order status, and platform navigationMaintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow -ups, and resolutionsCoordinate with internal teams when required for escalationsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely responses Requirements Excellent English communication skills (verbal) Prior experience in self -trading (mandatory) Exposure to live markets, intraday/positional trading In -depth knowledge of the stock market & trading platforms​ NCFM/NISM certifications (Preferred but not mandatory) Proficiency in handling demat accounts, trading platforms, and back -office systems Familiarity with third -party financial products such as mutual funds, SIPs, insurance, etc. Strong understanding of: * Equity trading * Commodity trading * Derivatives (F&O)
