Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs.
  • Develop job descriptions, post job ads, and screen candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assist in final hiring decisions.

2. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in line with company policies.

3. Performance Management

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of performance appraisal systems.
  • Guide managers and employees on goal-setting, feedback, and development plans.
  • Monitor performance trends and provide reports to senior leadership.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the finance team.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and organize development programs.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions and employee engagement initiatives.

6. HR Strategy & Policy

  • Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures regularly.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 46 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a senior role.

  • Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
