Project NEO | Developer with EDI-Integration skills (PN2) Experienced and committed individual with strong IBM/ Sterling product and relevant technical skills; demonstrates strong ownership and readiness to be responsible for analysing business requirements and map specification in collaboration with the Business Analyst and working in close collaboration with other developers and members of the project team to design and develop a complete and high-quality EDI solution within agreed timelines and following established Development practices. Domain, Product and Technical skills Strong understanding of EDI Strong hands-on experience developing EDI solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and/or IBM Transformation Extender (ITX)-ITX Advanced (ITXA)-WTX Design Studio Excellent knowledge of EDI Data standards such as ANSI-X12, UN/EDIFACT Good familiarity using Communication protocols such as HTTP/s, sFTP, AS2 Strong Mapping experience with Positional, CSV, XML, IDoc, X12, EDIFACT data formats Knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPATH, JSON, SQL Below experience would be a plus:

oKnowledge of VAN, API and WebServices would be a plus

oExperience developing EDI-based solutions for Logistics, Transport, Warehousing domains

oFamiliarity with EDI transaction lifecycles would be a plus oBusiness Process development oHands-on knowledge of Lightwell EDI solution framework General skills Experience working with global, diverse and multicultural teams across time zones Ability to act independently with minimal handholding Good analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with agile or other proven delivery methodology Adherence to agreed delivery timelines and accurate reporting of status Ensure timely progress, communicate clearly and provide accurate updates for tracking and status reporting Help identify and mitigate risks and issues.

Escalate in a timely manner, where needed Strong team player with good interpersonal skills Development, Quality and Testing Work with Business Analyst and other teams to understand business requirements and deliver quality solution Assist Business Analyst to understand the technical aspect of the requirements.

Provide clarifications on the technical solution/ mapping, where needed Review map specification, identify and estimate the effort involved for the individual tasks Ensure completeness of the solution developed to cater to business requirements Perform Unit Tests to make sure the solution works as designed and document results as agreed Perform end to end test to ensure complete flow and nothing breaks during any change

Follow standard Development, QA and documentation guidelines and practices Inform Development Lead in case of non-standard / special needs and if challenges faced Collaborate with other Developers and ensure strong teamwork Go-live and Hypercare: Assist in troubleshooting issues, determining if it is a defect or change request and identify root cause Post root cause identification, coordinate with Development Lead and relevant teams (Operations, Business Analyst/ Business) for handling and planning next steps Estimate and provide fixes/ workarounds based on priority
