We are seeking a talented Junior E-commerce Graphic Designer to join our team, where you will combine design skills with strategic insight to create engaging visuals for our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a passion for innovation, and excels at conveying brand messages effectively.

In this role, you will develop impactful designs that enhance our brand identity, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth across all platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all creative assets align with our brand and resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Amazon

  • Design Amazon listing images (infographics, lifestyle images, product highlights) that adhere to platform guidelines.
  • Create A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) modules with engaging layouts, lifestyle imagery, and brand storytelling.
  • Develop and update Amazon Brand Store banners, category visuals, and storefront creatives aligned with brand identity.
  • Optimize all creatives for both desktop and mobile viewing, ensuring clarity, readability, and impact.
  • Retouch, edit, and enhance product photography to make listings visually appealing and professional.

2. Website

  • Design and update website banners, sliders, and placeholders for homepage, category pages, and product sections.
  • Support marketing campaigns by creating digital creatives for sale events, festive promotions, and new launches.
  • Adapt designs to suit both web and mobile interfaces for seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure brand consistency across website visuals, product pages, and campaign creatives.

3. Other Design Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations teams to understand product USPs, campaign objectives, and creative requirements.
  • Maintain an organized library of creatives and design files for easy access and reusability.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce creative trends, Amazon design standards, and UI/UX best practices.
  • Deliver designs under tight timelines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Key Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of professional or internship experience in graphic design (e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of photo editing, retouching, and layout design.
  • Understanding of responsive design for web and mobile.
  • Strong eye for detail, color, and typography.
  • Ability to translate brand guidelines into engaging e-commerce visuals.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
