Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology roles, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to identify and engage top IT talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical skills needed.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking).
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions — from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical fit and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and IT job roles (e.g., developers, testers, network engineers, DevOps).
  • Proficiency in using sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver under tight deadlines.
     
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with ATS tools.
  • Familiarity with Boolean search techniques.
  • Basic understanding of emerging tech stacks and IT market trends.
