Job Title: Senior Python Developer with Snaplogic

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer / Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Python (FastAPI) and Snaplogic ETL development, combined with cloud-native technology experience. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and optimization of complex backend data and application integrations within the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality Snaplogic ETL pipelines and Python FastAPI applications.
  • Design, refine, and tune backend systems and data integrations.
  • Write and optimize complex Oracle SQL and PL/SQL scripts.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Support requirement gathering, estimation, and task planning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and technical issues efficiently.
  • Ensure high-quality, on-time solution delivery.
  • Manage the deployment and packaging of releases.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of overall experience (including 5+ years as Tech Lead).
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python (FastAPI) and Snaplogic ETL Development.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle SQL / PL-SQL.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering cloud-native applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of backend integration patterns and APIs.

Good to Have

  • Experience with AWS Cloud Services and Kubernetes (K8s).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in team leadership and technical mentoring.
  • Familiarity with risk management and project documentation.
