Job Description


• l Project Planning & preparation of engineering documentation with subordinates

l Preparation of engineering drawing in co-ordination with Design

l Review of P&ID drawings, Engineering drawing

l Coordination & review of complete internal panel testing

l Conducting FAT

l Co-ordination of on Site Installation & Commissioning

l Commissioning support to project engineer / application engineer

l Project erection and commissioning on site (Electrical / Instrumentation)

l Preparation & review of engineering documentation

l technical support to site commissioning team

l Preparation of Instrumentation index

l Preparation of Instrument Hookup Drawing

l Preparation of Instrument Data sheet

l Preparation of Instrument Loop diagram

l Preparation of Instrument JB GA and Wiring drawing

l Internal test reports preparation & submitted to customer

l Coordination with QA planning / QA inspection test reports with QA department

l Technical Support to proposal & marketing team in making proposal / quotation In line with customer requirement

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

l Should have experience in handling complete instrumentation project

l Should be able to review engineering drawing in co-ordination with Design

l Well expert in P&ID drawings, Engineering drawing

l Expert in internal panel testing /FAT/Site commissioning

l Should be able to prepare and review of engineering documentation

l Able to prepare of Instrumentation index

l Preparation of Instrument Hookup Drawing

l Preparation of Instrument Data sheet

l Preparation of Instrument Loop diagram

l Preparation of Instrument JB GA and Wiring drawing

l Internal test reports preparation

l Shall be able to do coordination with QA planning / QA inspection test reports with QA department
