The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other paid channels for brands of Zee Learn viz. Kidzee, Mount Litera Zee School , Zee Institute of Creative arts and Zee Institute of Media Arts.
- Own end-to-end campaign management — from briefing, targeting setup, creative coordination, to post-campaign analysis
- Work with digital marketing specialists to develop and oversee the Lead generation strategy
- Develop and establish a comprehensive marketing automation strategy
- Monitor digital tools, analytics, and trends to understand the target market and what, where how and why content is consumed by the customers
- Track competitor products, pricing and other market intelligence
- Monitor monthly volume and industry performance to generate meaningful insights
- Works with cross-functional teams, leading marketing efforts
Aims at building a consumer-facing innovative culture at the organization
Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads running performance marketing Ads in an Agency
- Experience with Education Sector for Franchise Development will be a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
