Architect (Manager/Senior Manager)- BKC Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

Design and Drafting:

  • Assist in creating conceptual and detailed architectural designs for projects.
  • Prepare CAD drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
  • Develop layouts and floor plans based on project requirements.

Coordination:

  • Collaborate with project managers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams (structural, MEP) to align architectural designs with technical requirements.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Assist in preparing documentation for government approvals and permits.
  • Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.

Site Visits:

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Address design-related queries from contractors and provide solutions under guidance.

Presentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare design presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Support the team in project reporting and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
  • Experience in architectural design, preferably in real estate development.
  • Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork & management skills.
  • Attention to detail with a creative and innovative mindset.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations (DCPR).
  • Experience with real estate or large-scale residential/commercial projects
