  • Support service requests through the ServiceNow ticketing system and adhere to defined SLAs.
  • Facilitate user access management for the platform, maintain distribution lists, and provide appropriate role permissions (Editor/Spot Owner/Viewer).
  • Manage and publish sales and GTM content, collaborate with content creators, and implement content governance.
  • Coordinate with Spot owners quarterly to establish new processes and improvements related to the project.
  • Create SOPs for all standard maintenance tasks. Proficient in analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Possess strong knowledge of MS Excel, Tableau, Google Sheets, and proficiency in creating dashboards, charts, and insights using Tableau.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving data quality issues, debugging code errors, and optimizing the performance of Python scripts and analytical workflows to meet project deadlines.
  • Experienced in writing SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve database issues such as query optimization and errors.
  • Create cloud-based smart pages and spot layouts on the HighSpot platform using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HighSpot built-in features.
  • Interact with client service teams to understand business problems and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Create stakeholder surveys/feedback forms and maintain ongoing project trackers using Smartsheet.

Currently, we are using these platforms: Sales enablement tools (HighSpot & DWP), HTML, Power BI, Snowflake, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
