Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update accurate data in company databases and ERP systems.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain records of daily tasks and completed entries.
  • Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and product listings.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and documentation.
  • Perform basic administrative and clerical support as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Computer proficiency is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in data entry or office work is an advantage but not essential.
