Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning and Strategy Executive, located in Pune. The Planning and Strategy Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and ensuring optimal sales execution. This role also includes coordinating with developers, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring effective project management. The individual will be expected to work closely with the sales team to drive sales performance and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, strategic planning, and project management
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing market trends
  • Strong skills in stakeholder relationship management and coordination with developers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
