1. Customer Support & Troubleshooting - 40%
Review escalated network support tickets and handle first line of network troubleshooting. Follow network procedures to resolve network related issues in a timely and efficient manner, within agreed upon SLAs. Escalate unresolved network related issues to the Network Supervisor. Assist with new client integration and testing to ensure stable and fast connection to their client.

2. Network Operation - 20%
Follow networking procedures to perform day-to-day operational activities to maintain the stability of the ReSourcePro networking infrastructure and connectivity to clients, including routine preventive measures and necessary network configuration backup on time.

3. Network Performance and Security - 20%
Monitor the daily network performance, availability, and security to pro-actively discover and resolve issues and support the ISO 27001 security monitoring objectives.

4. Technology Implementation and Training - 20%
Provide support in evaluating and implementing network technologies under the supervision of the Supervisor. Install, configure, evaluate and document LAN, WAN, and internet technologies to meet business network initiatives. Provide support in conducting network knowledge training and contribute to knowledge management process.
