We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive/ Manager-Specialist to join our team and drive online marketing efforts across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AdWords, social media advertising, SEO, and data analytics. This role is responsible for executing campaigns that increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads for our business. Key Responsibilities: ● Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on Google AdWords, including keyword research, bid strategy, A/B testing, and performance optimization. ● Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute paid advertising strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase engagement, reach, and conversions. ● SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO, execute link-building strategies, review and fix technical SEO issues, assist with technical SEO audits, optimize website content and landing pages, and apply basic knowledge of WordPress and HTML for enhanced website performance and organic traffic growth. ● Data Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search console, AdWords Analytics, and other tools. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. ● Collaboration: Collaborate with the content & Design team to align campaigns with content strategies, ensuring brand consistency and optimized performance. ● Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and suggest improvements or new approaches as appropriate. ● Budget Management: Assist in managing the digital marketing budget to ensure optimal spending across campaigns. Qualifications: ● 0 to 1+ years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in AdWords, social media ads, SEO, data analytics and search console ● Proficiency in Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMRush/Ahrefs, and other relevant tools ● Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics and provide actionable insights ● In-depth understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies ● Good Knowledge of SEO, Adwords, Analytics & Paid media reporting ● Basic Knowledge of WordPress and HTML ● Working Under the guidance of Project Manager ● Develop , Implementing and execute successful the strategy given by Project Manager ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging ad copy and communicate findings ● Google AdWords, Analytics & SEO certifications are a plus
