Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Project Coordinator
who can effectively coordinate with internal teams, track project progress, prepare reports, and support day-to-day operations. The candidate must be tech-savvy, quick in learning, and ready to take responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a communication bridge between management and project teams.
  • Track daily progress of tasks and maintain project workflow sheets.
  • Create and update documentation, reports, and status trackers.
  • Prepare
    professional PPT presentations
    for lectures, workshops & sessions.
  • Use
    Canva
    to create simple and visually appealing designs.
  • Maintain and manage files using
    MS Office
    (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings; record & circulate meeting minutes.
  • Learn and work with
    latest AI tools & software
    (ChatGPT, HeyGen, etc.).
  • Follow up with team members to ensure timely task completion.
  • Support daily operations and take initiative in problem-solving.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive work environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication in
    English, Gujrati & Hindi
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel
  • Working knowledge of Canva
  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools
  • Willingness to learn new AI tools / workflow software
  • Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
