Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
- Engage with CXOs, HR Heads, and Senior Leaders to introduce Fyndbridge executive search services.
- Maintain and update CRM data, track conversations, and follow up systematically to convert leads into opportunities.
- Support the Business Development team by setting up meetings and nurturing potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for targeted outreach initiatives and campaign execution. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement.
Desired Skills & Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably in B2B or service-based firms).
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools will be an added advantage. Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- 13 years of experience in Inside Sales, Counselling, Consulting, B2B Sectors.
- Experience in client handling, tele calling, or consultative sales roles preferred.
