Salary Range: 3 to 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Engage with CXOs, HR Heads, and Senior Leaders to introduce Fyndbridge executive search services.
  • Maintain and update CRM data, track conversations, and follow up systematically to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Support the Business Development team by setting up meetings and nurturing potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for targeted outreach initiatives and campaign execution. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement.

Desired Skills & Qualities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability in cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably in B2B or service-based firms).
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools will be an added advantage. Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 13 years of experience in Inside Sales, Counselling, Consulting, B2B Sectors.
  • Experience in client handling, tele calling, or consultative sales roles preferred.
