Key Responsibilities
Strategic Program Leadership

  • Define and own the roadmap for Gen AI and Agentic AI programs across product lines.
  • Align AI initiatives with company OKRs, go-to-market strategy, and customer needs.
  • Translate technical possibilities into business outcomes and scalable solutions.

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and resource allocation.

Technical Oversight

  • Oversee development of agentic architectures (e.g., LangChain, llamaindex, tensor flow. Should have worked on RAG architecture
  • Collaborate with analytics teams on model selection, fine-tuning, and deployment.
  • Ensure robustness, safety, and explainability of AI systems.

Must-Have

  • 10–15 years of experience in program/product management, with 3–5 years in AI/ML or emerging tech.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs.
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and agentic systems.
  • Strong technical fluency — able to engage with engineers and researchers meaningfully.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Background in cognitive science, HCI, or AI ethics.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, prompt engineering, and multi-modal AI.
  • Exposure to enterprise AI deployment (cloud, security, scalability
