Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Salesforce Technical Lead (SFDC TL)
with extensive experience in Salesforce development and design. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in
Apex, Aura, LWC, Flows
, and
Salesforce Service/Experience Cloud
, with solid knowledge of Salesforce platform limits and coding best practices.

The role involves leading solution design, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using
    Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    .
  • Lead implementation and customization of
    Service Cloud
    and
    Experience Cloud
    .
  • Apply
    Salesforce best practices
    ,
    Apex governor limit management
    , and
    Trigger framework standards
    .
  • Utilize
    Gen AI tools
    to enhance and accelerate Salesforce development.
  • Implement and optimize
    Flows
    and
    Async processes
    .
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee
    data migration
    and ensure system integrity.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and manage
    Salesforce Managed Packages
    .
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and evolving platform capabilities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • BE/BTech
    from
    Tier 1 National
    or
    Tier 1 Regional Institutes
    .
  • 5+ years
    of hands-on Salesforce development/design experience.
  • Proficiency in
    Salesforce Congic
    ,
    Apex
    ,
    Aura
    ,
    LWC
    , and
    Flows
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Salesforce Limits
    and
    Async Capabilities
    .
  • Expertise in
    Service Cloud
    and
    Experience Cloud
    .
  • Minimum
    7 Salesforce Certifications (7x SF Certs)
    .
  • Sound understanding of
    UI technologies
    (JavaScript, CSS).
  • Proven ability to adhere to
    Apex Limits
    ,
    Coding Best Practices

    Trigger Frameworks
    .
  • Experience using
    Gen AI
    for Salesforce development.
  • Good job stability
