Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Operations Team Lead Manager on a full - time basis to oversee all aspects of production for our wedding photography and videography services. About this role,
 - Build and maintain
SOPs
for all departments (shooting, editing, client management). - Plan and manage
wedding shoot logistics
(multi-day events, 100+ crew). - Oversee
post-production
timelines: photo editing, color grading, video editing. 
•Act as a
bridge
between creative team and clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in wedding photography/videography is a must.
Familiarity with videography and advanced production techniques.
Portfolio showcasing wedding projects is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
Morning shift - 10-7pm or 11-8pm
Work Location: In person
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of photographers, videographers, and editors.
Assign projects based on team members' skills and availability.
Conduct team meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
2. Project Planning & Coordination
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences.
Create detailed production plans, including schedules, shot lists, and logistics.
Coordinate with client services, marketing, and operations to streamline project execution.
3. Production Oversight
Oversee all stages of production from pre-production to post-production.
Ensure all equipment and resources are in optimal condition for shoots.
Supervise setup and breakdown of equipment at various venues.
4. Quality Control
Establish and maintain high-quality standards for all visual content.
Review and approve final edits, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Implement feedback loops and continuous improvement processes.
5. Budget Management
Develop and manage project budgets, maintaining financial control.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for equipment and production needs.
6. Client Relations
Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the production process.
Address issues promptly to maintain high client satisfaction.
Collect feedback post-project and implement improvements.
7. Innovation & Development
Stay current with trends and technology in photography and videography.
Introduce new techniques and tools to enhance production quality.
Conduct training programs for the team to keep skills updated.
8. Data Management
Oversee the organization and storage of all digital assets.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Analyze production data and generate insights for strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field (or relevant work experience).
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in photography and videography production, ideally within the wedding industry.
Proven experience managing production teams and handling multiple projects.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Final Cut Pro.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
