Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong background in Sales to lead our marketing initiatives, drive business growth, and enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns, along with proven success in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and business growth channels.
  • Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, advertising, promotions, and events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, close deals, and improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring ROI on all campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on marketing performance and sales achievements.
  • Guide and mentor junior marketing and sales team members.
  • Coordinate with creative, product, and customer service teams for brand consistency.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in [industry name].
  • Strong understanding of market trends, branding, and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools).
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights for performance improvement.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary Range: As per industry standards / Based on experienceEmployment Type: Full-time
