Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist (with Data Cloud/CDP)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist with expertise in Data Cloud (CDP) to drive personalized marketing automation and data-driven campaigns. 

Responsibilities:

Marketing Automation & Personalization

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Leverage Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio for multi-channel engagement.
  • Implement dynamic content and AI-driven personalization for improved customer experiences.

Data Cloud (CDP) Management

  • Integrate and manage customer data across multiple sources in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP).
  • Build customer segments, ensure data unification, and activate data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Work with Audience Builder and Data Extensions for precise targeting.
