Role Overview:

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a social media and branding strategy that positions our company as a leading wedding planner. This role combines creativity with strategy—managing content creation, branding campaigns, paid promotions, and lead generation across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:


• Social Media Management:


• Develop and execute content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.


• Manage daily posting, engagement, and community building.


• Monitor analytics and adjust strategies for better performance.


• Branding & Content Creation:


• Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and aesthetics across all channels.


• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality visuals (reels, stories, posts).


• Create engaging captions, taglines, and copy tailored to the wedding industry.


• Lead Generation & Marketing Campaigns:


• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive inquiries and conversions.


• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and quality leads.


• Develop partnerships with vendors, influencers, and wedding communities for cross-promotion.


• Analytics & Reporting:


• Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and conversion.


• Present monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Proven experience (2–4 years) in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, or wedding/events industry.


• Strong understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and trending digital platforms.


• Expertise in running paid ad campaigns (Meta & Google).


• Creative eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.


• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
