We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in managing digital campaigns, preferably in the political/election space. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in creating impactful content, engaging with voters online, and ensuring the campaign message reaches the right audience effectively.

Responsibilites:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the campaign's goals.
  • Create engaging, relevant, and timely content (posts, videos, reels, infographics, stories, etc.) across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, WhatsApp, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage daily posting schedules, community engagement, and direct voter interactions online.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to optimize campaign reach.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, PR, and ground campaign teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Manage crisis communication and respond to feedback, queries, or misinformation swiftly. Ensure content is compliant with election guidelines and ethical standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
