Job Title: Graduate Trainee – Project Manager Location: Mumbai Duration: 6 MonthsAbout the Role:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Graduate Trainee – Project Manager. In this role, you will support project teams in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in project management and develop their skills in stakeholder coordination, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Support ongoing project tracking, documentation, and reporting to ensure efficient execution. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and business units.

Participate in stakeholder meetings, capturing discussions and action items. Identify project risks and collaborate with senior team members to develop mitigation strategies. Conduct research and analysis to enhance project efficiency and support decision-making.

Ensure compliance with project management processes, tools, and best practices. Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
