**Role: Post Graduate Trainee**
**Job Location: Manesar**

**Purpose of Job**
- Performing materials science investigations as per internal and external customer request
- Executing 5S/4R, abiding HSE rules, conducting materials science analysis as per ISO, SOP and WW materials science methods
- Partner with R&D teams in the development of products and processes using MS analytical techniques
- Troubleshooting of instruments, calibrations, analysis and maintaining calibration record, log book and other reports
- Method development for quality and process control in responsibility

**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Carrying out materials science investigations as per internal and external customer request for quality and process control
- Executing 5S, abiding HSE rules, conducting materials science analysis as per ISO, SOP and WW materials science methods for quality and process control
- Support development of products and processes
- Troubleshooting of instruments, analysis and maintaining calibration record, log book and reports
- Method development for quality and process control in the area of responsibility
- Ensuring confidentiality of projects/process information and abiding Atotech compliance policy is strictly mandatory
- Ensure the functional readiness of the laboratory including organization of house-keeping, maintenance and repairs as well as procurement and inventory of equipment and chemicals
- Leading projects, as required
- Ensure self and others work and surrounding for safer working environments, contribute in maintaining descipline and cleanliness in the laboratory

**Qualification**
- Master’s degree in materials science/Chemistry/Chemical Engg or requisite parallel qualification

**Special Knowledge**
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Good reporting skills

**Interpersonal qualities**
- Organizational skills and appropriate behaviour in a multicultural organizational set up
- Readines to work in teams and in different shifts operations
- Self-sufficiency to carry out materials science analysis with minimum supervision
- Flexibility and openness to learn from evolving knowledge in work echo system and contribute as required
- Analytical thinking / structured and method-based thinking
- Prepared to travel domestically and internationally
