About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Safety Engineer to oversee and ensure workplace safety standards at our HVAC/MEP project sites. The candidate will play a key role in implementing safety protocols, monitoring compliance, and fostering a culture of safety across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies at project sites.

Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.

Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company policies.

Identify unsafe practices/conditions and recommend corrective measures.

Maintain safety records, prepare reports, and assist in incident/accident investigations.

Provide training and awareness sessions to site staff and workers.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of HVAC/MEP works.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Industrial Safety.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Safety (preferably in HVAC/MEP/Construction industry).

Knowledge of safety standards, statutory regulations, and risk management practices.

Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Certification in Safety (NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA) will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200, ₹600,000.00 per year
