Eligibility Criteria**

• Bachelors or Masters (any discipline)
• Fresher's are eligible to apply (UG/ PG)
• Prior experience in Customer support (Voice/ Non-voice process) is a plus

Role And Responsibilities

• Source and identify top-quality candidates from various job platforms to match their profile for Engineering, Banking, Finance, Automotive, Aerospace, Construction and Healthcare based industries.
• Conduct in-depth resume screening to understand the candidate's profile.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through various databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a strong pipeline.
