Join our Amex GBT Neo Hotel Engineering team as a QA Engineer. Neo offers outstanding configurability and user experience for business travelers.

What You'll Do:

Build detailed, comprehensive, and well-organized test plans and test cases

Write front-end test automation

Review and provide feedback on requirements, specifications, and technical build documents

Plan and coordinate testing activities, thoroughly identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs

Collaborate with other QA Engineers across Amex GBT to improve test processes

Who You Are:

Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience

4+ years of QA experience in a highly available enterprise web application

Understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes

Drafts detailed, clear, and thorough test plans and cases

Experience writing front-end/UI test automation, Cypress experience a plus

Experience with performance and/or security testing

Travel domain knowledge is a plus

What Technical Skills You'll Develop: Cypress, Postman/API tools, Jira,C#, .Net,AWS, Docker, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), TypeScript,
