International Growth Manager / Business Development Manager – Global MarketsSupport global prospecting, pipeline management, and outreach efforts to expand Morulaa's service footprint.Role SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic International Growth Manager to spearhead Morulaa's global market expansion. In this B2B-focused role, you will identify and engage high-value leads, drive market access projects, and convert prospects into long-term partners across the healthcare and technology sectors. You will blend hands- on pipeline building, digital marketing, and strategic outreach to accelerate Morulaa's international footprint.Primary ResponsibilitiesB2B Sales & Market ExpansionSearch and shortlist manufacturers worldwide (Europe, US, Japan, Korea, ASEAN, LATAM, etc.) that:Are expanding to new markets (especially India)Need market access support for IndiaUse trade fair directories (e.g. Medica, Arab Health, FIME, Medica etc), FDA/CE registries,LinkedIn company pages, press releases and Manufacturer directories and export registriesData Entry and CRM HygieneMaintain a clean and organized prospect database using spreadsheets or CRM toolsRegularly clean, deduplicate, and segment the lead database for campaign readinessRecord relevant company details such as:-> Company name, location, website-> Product/service category-> Key contact person(s), roles, and email-> Initial assessment of fit with Morulaa's offeringsEmail Prospecting SupportBuild segmented contact lists for targeted outreach to decision-makers (e.g., founders,business heads, market access teams)Work with the team on outbound messaging and initial outreach using email, LinkedIn, orcampaign toolsMonitor response rates and assist with basic follow-up tasksSkills and ToolsProficient in spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets): filtering, deduplication, formulas like VlookupFamiliarity with lead research tools (e.g., LinkedIn, email finder tools, business directories)Comfortable using CRM platforms and basic outreach toolsGood written communication and ability to organize information clearlyIdeal Background3–5 years in:Market research, business development support, or lead generationExport sales, market entry strategy, or international business serviceExposure to B2B customer identification or onboarding processesAbility to work across time zones and manage international data sets-> Distributor onboarding-> Comfortable working across different time zones and geographies
