Are you a talented 3D Artist / Concept Artist ready to lead a small, passionate team and shape the visual identity of an ambitious game? Join our independent studio and take the reins of our creative vision.

About the project:

  • A hack & slash action game inspired by Sekiro / Wukong.

  • Stunning, immersive environments influenced by The Last of Us, The Callisto Protocol, and Dead Space: abandoned, decayed spaces, touched by time, with subtle futuristic elements.

  • You'll be hands-on in Unreal Engine 5, bringing environments to life and ensuring the visual style flows seamlessly across the project.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and coordinate a small team of 4-5 3D artists.

  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality visual style across characters, environments, and assets.

  • Implement and optimize 3D assets in UE5, maintaining performance without sacrificing quality.

  • Collaborate closely with the design team to guarantee artistic coherence throughout the game.

What we're looking for:

  • Proficiency in Blender, Maya, ZBrush, or 3ds Max.

  • Experience with Substance Painter and creating materials for UE5.

  • Strong understanding of asset optimization and performance management.

  • Basic knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 is a plus.

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a small creative team.
