  • Create and optimize schematics using tools such as OrCAD.
  • Select and validate components, generate BOMs, and carry out worst-case stress and tolerance analyses.
  • Conduct hardware testing, debugging, and validation to meet performance and reliability benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to ensure smooth hardware-software integration.
  • Simulate circuits using LTspice or PSpice for functional verification.
  • Participate in design reviews and support documentation, compliance, and certification efforts.
  • Operate lab equipment confidently—such as DSOs, function generators, etc.
  • Stay current with trends in embedded hardware and automotive technologies.
  • Knowledge on Battery Management System (BMS) architecture and functional design.
